6. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

6.1 Electric Scooters

Electric scooters are generally non-returnable, except for verified manufacturing defects.
To claim defects:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery or purchase.
  • Allow inspection by our technical team.

Approved claims will receive repair or replacement as per manufacturer warranty.

6.2 Spare Parts & Accessories

Return window: 7 days
Eligible only if:

  • Wrong product delivered,
  • Damaged item received,
  • Manufacturing defect confirmed.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with invoice.

Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days.

7. Warranty Policy

Warranty is provided solely as per manufacturer guidelines.
Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
